Pricing questions

How does order-volume pricing work?+
You pay by how many orders you process, not by which features you unlock. Starter is $92 a month for up to 150 orders and 5 users, and Growth is $349 a month for up to 1,500 orders and 15 users. Every feature and integration is included on both plans, so moving up is about capacity, not unlocking inventory or accounting.
What happens if I go over my plan's order limit?+
You are not cut off mid-month. Orders beyond your plan's limit are billed at $0.50 each, so a busy month costs a little more rather than breaking anything. If you consistently run well above Growth's volume, custom high-volume pricing is available, so just get in touch.
Are all features really included on both plans?+
Yes. Sales, purchasing, inventory and accounting, plus the Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe and TaxJar integrations, are all included on both Starter and Growth. The plans differ only by how many orders and users they cover, so you never have to climb a tier to switch on a core capability.
Can I change plans as my business grows?+
Yes. You can move between Starter and Growth as your order volume and team size change, so you are never locked into a plan that no longer fits. The aim is for pricing to track your business, not the other way around.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Everyone gets 30 days free at launch with no credit card required to start, so you can put BizPro-Vision through a real month of your own operations before you pay anything.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes. Pay yearly and you get two months free compared with paying month to month. You can start monthly and switch to annual once you know BizPro-Vision is the right fit.
What do waitlist members get?+
BizPro-Vision is in closed beta and launching soon. Waitlist members who sign up now lock in 50% off their first year, on top of the 30 days free everyone gets at launch. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and does not require a card.
