The order comes in
A customer buys, on Shopify, on WooCommerce, or entered directly, and BizPro-Vision records it as a sales order the moment it lands. There is no export, no CSV and no re-keying into a second system. The same order is now the single record everything else works from.

Available stock drops and committed stock rises straight away, so the number on screen reflects what you can actually still sell. If the item is a bundle or is assembled from components, the bill of materials draws those parts down too, across whichever location holds them.
